We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) as the sole payment option. Refunds for returned products will be handled according to COD procedures. Please note that we do not process online payments at this time.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on COD handling and local delivery schedules.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personal care items, intimate products, or items marked as “final sale.” Please verify product details before purchase to avoid inconvenience.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our support team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or process a refund according to our COD return process, ensuring you are not charged for faulty items.
7. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not provide direct exchanges. To replace a product, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures proper inspection and COD handling for the returned item.
